35 years as a PR & Communications executive living in Manhattan. After starting my career as an architecture and design editor at Town & Country and W magazines and contributing editor at Cultured. I worked extensively in high-end architecture and media living for extended periods in Spain Italy, Argentina, India, Uruguay, Turkey, Australia, Mexico and South Korea. In 1992, I founded and ran my own successful public relations agency called Kelley Blevins Group (KBG) for eleven years. My clients included Giorgio Armani, Dolce & Gabbana, Arquitectonica, Chupa Chups and Tasmanian Rain. My most recent prominent professional breakthrough happened while working for Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura in Barcelona as Head of Global Business Development. My accomplishments included bringing in a disruptive way to increase revenue by more than US$10 million and by pushing expansion into new markets as such as Turkey and India through public relations initiatives. At RBTA, I was also responsible for managing communications and PR strategy for the Board and C-suite, brand and within stakeholders, in addition to prevent crisis risks, among other core responsibilities. First and foremost, I am a savvy New Yorker with global experience. I have been associated with many top media brands related to architecture, sustainability, design and popular culture. We are just about to launch a new venture called REDESIGNING THE WORLD. We plan to collaborate with UNCTAD and AGENDA 2030 which targets impact investment. My Co-Founder and business partner, Cesar ESPINOSA, has been leading this and he is based in Mexico City. He also runs our global social innovation platform inside KB&P. He leads our emerging markets sector with a major focus on Latin America. I am confident that connecting our start ups ecosystem to WBAF will contribute to extending their possibilities.
