Mr Neville Matjie is the Chief Executive Officer for Trade and Investment KwaZulu-Natal, an agency responsible for the attraction of Foreign and Local Direct Investment as well as Export Trade for the Province of KwaZulu-Natal.  Over and above the responsibility as the accounting officer, he is responsible for leading the implementation of the organisation’s strategy and was the lead Executive for the implementation and establishment of the KwaZulu-Natal One Stop Shop investment centre launched by the former SA President. Neville, having worked for TIKZN for more than 15 years, has held several senior and executive management positions heading core functions of Trade and Investment.  Neville was previously employed by the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry within the International Trade and Research Division for over five years, where he was responsible for the establishment of the KwaZulu-Natal Chambers of Commerce and Industry. He holds BA Com (UniWest), Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (UKZN), Master of Science in Investment Promotion and Local Economic Development, Edinburgh Napier University (Scotland), Export Documentation and Processes (School of Shipping), and several other qualifications. He is also a member of the Institute of Directors and Chairperson to the KwaZulu-Natal Project Brokering Unit.
