Felipe Gonçalves has over 12 years of experience in cross-cultural companies. With an MBA in Business Administration from INSEAD, The Business School for the World in Fontainebleau, and Singapore, Felipe had the opportunity to build solid global financial and commercial projects for digital companies and startups such as B2W, Adyen and IBM, with a strong background in international markets, especially Latam. Felipe currently is the Brazil Country Manager for PayU since 2019, taking over command of Brazil's operations, which includes leading a diverse team of 60+ employees, develop and manage all industry and government strategic partnerships, manage local & global clients, as well as develop new businesses that shall meet market expansion plans.
