Patricia is a founding partner of JCS. Her prior experience includes facilitating the setup of Blue Skies Products (UK) and Blue Skies Ghana Ltd in 1999. The international group is now a major fruit processing company. She was also one of the pioneers of aquaculture in Ghana, supporting the setup of Crystal Lake Fish farm. Patricia established the first equity microfinance fund domiciled in Ghana and also secured the role of JCS as one of the founding members of ANDE.

PROFILE
Mark is currently the President of Asian-African Chamber of Commerce and Industry-AACCI (Ghana Chapter).
He is also the CEO of Heritage Capital Management and the firm’s subsidiaries.
He additionally holds the position of a Managing Partner In-Country, FED Group and Africa Trade Hub.

He is Responsible for the overall direction and administration of programs, products and services of Heritage Capital, including the firm’s financial performance, portfolio quality, business development, HR development, operations and risk management.
He is the key advisor in matters regarding changes in investment strategy, asset classes, asset allocation, investment risk, liquidity, benchmark indices, investment limits and other operating parameters.

Mark is an Investment banker and an SME Finance expert with seventeen (17) years extensive experience in Investment Management, International Trade, Credit Management, Financial Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Logistics and Transport, Freight Management and Real Estate Management

Mr. Darko is a critical thinker and deal maker with in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge and experience in Stocks, Commodity Trading, Currency and Indices, MTNs and LTNs, Bonds and Bills, BGs and SBLCs, Collateral Management, Adult Training (andragogy) and Coaching.

Mark is an expert in financial intermediation with special focus on structured finance, financial analysis, asset management, and private placement programs.

He has worked with global trading platforms and securities issuers and has arranged financial instruments that traded and generated substantial returns for clients globally.

Mark holds a postgraduate degree in International Finance Management and has undergone extensive training in investment banking and securities trading in Ghana Stock Exchange Training School.
