Benine Hamdan is a risk management and legal professional with extensive experience in structured and innovative financings. Her recent activities included working with U.S public officials to implement a risk management plan for a petrochemical refinery project in Louisiana. With a background in business and law, she has worked with SWF's, Investment offices, and public sector entities in analysis, reporting, and implementation of global acquisitions. Having recently completed a interim risk management assignment in Saudi Arabia, Benine is currently the SCP of Central Finance and M&A with Jondaire Capital Partners, recognized as one of New York City's most diverse investment company. She is thrilled to contribute to the WBAF, where she can integrate her knowledge and experience with the world congress to obtain high impact solutions. Benine is a frequent speaker at town hall meetings and project finance functions. She earned an MBA in Risk Management & Insurance from the Peter J. Tobin School of Business and a BSc Law from St. John's University.
