-    planning, developing, implementing cutting edge software products and solutions in Mobile and Enterprise domain
-    Strategic planning for new age business startups
-    technology R&D and Innovation, along with capacity planning, offshore product development business development,
-    fostering strategic relationships with Telecom ecosystem players including Operators (Carriers), OEM, Aggregators etc.

After working in couple of Electronics Hardware and Software based companies in India and USA, Nilesh established a software services company, Emorphis Technologies (http://www.emorphis.com), catering to clients across the globe.

Nilesh is a product specialist and keeps churning new ideas. Under his leadership, Emorphis has developed few marque products,
-    iStatements - Banking & Financial domain)
-    iPublisher - Digital Publishing
-    iThings – Internet of Things platform for Remote monitoring and control of devices
-    Samvaad.online – an enterprise level Web/Video conferencing solution

Nilesh is a mentor to various startup and has invested in couple of them.

Nilesh is also founder at Anaxee Digital Runners (On demand, on ground verification services startup) and Cash Management Services (a Startup in Financial domain).

Nilesh has been a pioneer professional, with key focus into Industrial automation, Smart manufacturing and Remote monitoring solutions. Nilesh with his team has built platforms for remote monitoring and control of field and industrial devices like automation of plant, motors, street lights along with energy conservation analysis.

Nilesh with his team is building electronic hardware for predictive maintenance of motors and enabling automation of legacy systems.

Nilesh is also co-convener of CII MP state council Startup and IT committee.

Nilesh has done BE (Electronics & Telecom) in 1993, along with MBA (Operations Management)
