I've set up my own Firm M/s Versari Advisors India LLP in May 2019 after working as a professional with marque names like EY, KPMG, Grant Thornton and BDO India LLP.  In my last professional stint, I was leading the Indirect Tax practice for BDO India LLP and was also a member of their India Leadership Team.   In my journey of last 2 decades in the profession, I had the privilege of advising and assisting clients in various stages of their growth journey - from start-ups, to promoter-led organisations, Listed Companies and MNCs.  
In addition to my core specialization of indirect taxes, I have also demonstrated advisory skills in EU VAT laws, Customs & International Trade, Fund Raising, Mergers & Acquisitions and Start-up Mentoring for various clients.
