Graduated University of world econnomy in Uzbekistan and master degree in France in finance, I have worked in uzbek commercial banks (trade finance, credits), as CCO at national uzbek telecom operator, as CIO at IT-Park Uzbekistan.
Early 2020, I have initiated and co-founded Uzbekistan venture capital association (where I'm CEO now) and local Angel's club. We are defending the interests of local and int. investors in front of Gov. and promoting the importance of VC for innovations. We have finished 1st Uzbekistan startups ecosystem report (market research). We are working to impliment to uzbek law such instruments like Limited partnership, convertible loans, options, crouwdinvesting etc. and on Startup law.
